#### Free of Charge Policy (FOC Policy)
Under our booking conditions, group leaders or guides can enjoy complimentary admission when accompanying their group. Any requests for additional complimentary admissions must be pre-approved by our sales department. Generally, we offer one free admission for every 20 paying guests as part of our booking conditions.

#### Children’s Booking Conditions
- Children aged 3 years and under can enter free of charge.
- Children aged 4 to 12 years will be charged at 50% of the adult rate.
- Children over 13 years will be classified as adults in accordance with our booking conditions.

#### Cancellation Policy
According to our booking conditions, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and the following charges apply based on the cancellation notice period:

- 20 - 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value
- 10 - 19 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total booking value
